Late delivery

On New Years day we were forced to go to Game Pavilion for a chest deep freeze because ours had stopped working and it was loaded with meat. We weren't able to take a freezer on the day so we accepted the fact we would have to make another plan with our meat because Game indicated they would deliver one direct from their warehouse the next morning at a cost of R200. I wasted a whole day because by the afternoon late I phoned them to enquire and they said it was not despatched from the warehouse and we would have to wait for the following day (3rd Jan) and it would be delivered first thing in the morning. When by 11am on 3rd Jan it still had not been delivered we made some more phone calls and finally got it at 12.30 pm after phoning their Head Office because for some reason we were not allowed to talk to the Branch Manager.
