I recently bought a corner unit couch from Mr Price Home. Tracking down the specific color i was looking for was pretty difficult but understandable as stock was running low. When i eventually bought the couch at R7000 i also asked that they would deliver. They advised yes, at a cost of R285. The next day when the couch arrived i was advised that they are only allowed to deliver to the ground floor and i'm based on the 3rd floor... Furious ofcourse i carried the 2seater part on my own and had to leave the 3seater section outside for 2days when i could eventually arrange someone to assist me in taking it up to my flat. WHY WAS THIS NEVER EVER COMMUNICATED TO ME?! I even mention that i live in a block of flats when i asked for delivery!! If i knew and was made aware of this when initially buying the couch. I could have arrange alternative services. Its pretty much unacceptable service
