Went to your Hilfox branch this morning to get a couple items for my parents, my father decided he wanted 3 avocados, I saw that they were R4.99 each or 5 for R20, told him to take 5, pick up some other goods and get to the till, lady rings up R25, I say it's 5 for R20, she calls a supervisor, supervisor comes along, doesn't greet or aknowledge us, says to the cashier, they are R4.99 each so the amount is right, has her own conversation with cashier and ignores me when I ask her to talk to me, if it wasn't that my parents wanted the goods from F&V, I would have left everything there and walked out, I shop there a minimum of once a week.
Take your supervisors for training to Checkers Hyper, at least their supervisors know how to treat customers.
