Good morning Gerold Husselmann,

This is unacceptable, I was just at Standard Bank and they informed me that the amount (N$440.95) has not been paid into my credit card account yet. If this is not resolved this week, I would appreciate rather receiving the amount cash so that I can pay it into my account myself.

Please follow up and let me know soonest how we are going to resolve this issue.
