Pre-order is there so that I can have the product on release day. That's why I pay upfront.. With CNA a pre-order is they will ship you product the day after release date.. so you can have it 2 day after release date... and then they use a useless courier company (courier-it) that thinks its ok to deliver parcels to a work adress after 7PM..
