I logged a complaint about a Restronic base with the Dial-a-bed call centre on 18/03/13 (REF174598).
I was told that the matter will be handed over to Restronic, who would contact me to make arrangement to view and ascertain the product fault.
To date I have dealt with Janice, Thembi, Ricardo (Agents) and Mhumi (Team Leader) at the call centre.
and now with Feroza (Ellerines distribution warehouse).
A month later nothing has been achieved and I still have the complaint unresolved.
This is totally unacceptable that this matter should take so long,
Dial-a beds is not "committed to service excellence"!!!
