Blacklisted for a prearranged R831.00???

I regret opening an account with it has been bad experience to i dont know call centres i had two accounts with homechoice because of the rude agents i just got fed up and asked my wife to do an early settlement on her account only to discover she was wrongly changed after two months of trying to et the acc corrected we closed the account. i called the call centre in dec to advise that i will be making a full settlement in feb as we had a serious medical emergency in the family as the main bread winner i was paying the bills. my wife then received a notification that i shloud pay 89.00r to avoid legal action my wife asked the agents who were calling why they were calling as we had made the arrgmnt only to be rudely told that she was not me and they cld not discuss anything. on the 22nd feb i made a full settlement of 750.00 in your standard acc. and then a week later a reminder i then called the call centre and they told me i had the acc number i then called my bank and reversed teh charge and was advised it would take 7 working days i then made a total payment of R850. i got the shock of my life when nedbank advised me i was blacklisted by you can you
