Extremely bad service

Bed was purchased from Dial A Bed online in December 2012, Delivered 28th December 2012.
On the 19th February 2013 a complaint was logged due to bed being faulty (Springs popping out) due to bed having a 1 year warrenty it was requested the bed be replaced. Today the 22nd March 2013 the bed has still not been exchanged, the service recived from Dial a bed has been pathetic, with excuses like bed is out of stock to been routed to wrong area. Today I was told by the so called manager Dustin that a private bakkie would be hired and the bed collected from there warehouse in PMB and deliver would be done, well that was just another promise that was not kept.

I find this totally unacceptable and would hope this matter be taken seriously and a resolution found.
