I went to Joshua doore on the 21st of October 2013 to buy sofas worth R8999 cash. But since then I've been receiving bad service from everyone in the stor. After the furniture has been delivered, after unwrapping the sofas we realised that one of the sofas is defective. I called the store on the 2nd of October 2013 to inform them about the defective sofa. The person I spoke to his name is Lawrence, he said he will send someone during the week to go and check the sofas. To this day no one went to check the defective sofas. i continued to call them and they keep saying they forgot about my issue and promise to come and check of which they didn't. i want the defective sofa replaced as soon as possible.
