I purchased furniture at Coricraft Kolonnade branch on 25 January 2013, and was promised delivery on 15 March. Two weeks ago I started following up on the progress made thus far, and if the delivery date of 15 March could still be met, but nobody from Coricraft happens to know even what the progress is with the furniture. The branch manager at Kolonnade makes promises to follow up on the matter, but fails to return with information. I paid cash upfront for the furniture on 25 January, and expect the furniture to be delivered on 15 March as promised. Could someone from Coricraft PRETTY PLEASE get back to me and confirm this?? Even the Customer Care center in JHB were not able to assist me, as everyone is in a meeting. I got this response on several occasions of contacting them...
