My mother bought a sofa for R25300 in November 2013, and was told that the sofa will be delivered. She did not receive the sofa and was contacted that the sofa isnt available and will only receive it this month. She has cancelled the request and requested that she get refunded as she isn't impressed. They want to charge her a handling fee of 3000 which I think is rediculous after hearing the service she received. They have provided no feedback regarding the matter when she was purchasing and waiting for the sofa.
