I went to Midas in Main rd Strand. I was looking for parts. I asked the gentleman at the counter, he didn't look interested in helping me, but did as I was standing in front of him. I asked about the a part, he looked on the system and told me they don't have in stock, and told me to go to the agents, and then proceeded to help the next customer in line, all while I was standing there in front of him, he didn't bother to find out if the part was available at another branch and did not care if I wanted anything else. This person had a terrible attitude, and should not be working with the public. I don't want free parts, discount or public apology, I want Midas to realize that friendly and professional service goes a long way and they should train there staff. I did find all the parts and great service at a competitor down the road.
