I recently discovered that my Markham account that I thought I had closed years ago, was infact handed over to Vericred for an amount of R61.14.on the 03/04/2013 I then approached Markham about my problem where I was assisted by a lady by the name of "Mmalikhine"(I hope my I spelt her name correctly). She literally took my problem and made it hers.she called Vericred on my behalf and made sure that I would be put through to a correct department and thereafter, for security reasons, she allowed me to speak the consultant at vericred who gave me all the necessary information. I paid the outstanding amount and returned to Markham as she had requested me to, she again took the liberty of calling Vericred to confirm if they had received my payment. Due to her friendliness and efficiency, the story had a happy ending. I received my paid up letter from vericred and my name will soon be cleared from ITC.Thank you very much Mmalikhine for you outstanding customer service.
