Sad Customer Service

I wished to purchase the Xbox bundle in December and was told that they are out of stock, but its not a problem they will be getting more in mid- January and was promised a call as soon as stock came in.

Waited patiently till the end of January and still no call so i decided to query and they said that they had stock.
Made several special trips to the store and everytime was told that they still dont have it.

Its now April and I still did not receive a call - wonder whether they will ever get more stock or whether its just plain down poor customer service.
