Paid account in full - still getting charged

I have paid my account in full with VeriCred Ref: 10024000094499 on 7 June 2013.
I was given the amount of R1832.82 and that is the amount that I have paid on that day.
I've been receiving SMS's stating that my account is outstanding, when I called the call center I was told that it was for interest. The last statement I received was on 12 Feb 2013 and this was confirmed by Phindi as well.
