I ordered a product from [URL Removed] on 31 March 2013. I paid for the product on 02 April 2013. [URL Removed] acknowledged payment and sent an e-mail stating the product would be delivered on Friday 12 April 2013. I then received an updated e-mail on Thursday 04 April 2013 stating that the product was at the warehouse and would be delivered within 48 to 72 hours. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the e-mail on Thursday. I thought the product would only be be delivered the following Monday. I received a call on Saturday 06 April 2013 from Berco stating the delivery would be made the same day. I was once more pleasantly surprised. The product was delivered and I am exceptionally happy.
