I have never had issues with Kalahari before, until now. Firstly, i still have not received my product. Secondly, i cannot use a normal razor and this has now gone on for nearly 6 weeks or so.
Kalahari have promised to give me feedback and revert to me on many occasions however to date nobody has called me from Kalahari. Had i been offered the correct and timeous information i would have arranged a credit and made other arrangements.
Anyway, this all said, thank you Sylvia for all you have assisted with this day as you have been the only rep from Kalahari to actually come back to me.
