I was under the impression that Musica can do contracts and upgrades in the Hermanus Branch as they have Vodacom displays ect in their branch. My husband wanted a particular deal they featured in the display window. I queried about this and if he can upgrade as yet. I was told by Ashleen, the manager, she will get back to me. Phone calls, visits - no response. In the interim the deal expired on the 7th on which we we went to the shop. The display featuring the deal he wanted was still on display in the window. When I pointed out to the deal we want and as per CPA if it's on display it should be provided they quickly dragged the display away saying "there is no stock anyway". That day the RM was visiting and advised Lorri-Kay we can still get that deal as it's been extended at that price as advertised. Now they refuse, saying the deal has changed and there is nothing I can do. They also don't know how to do the upgrade as such - Disgusting. They were asking a rep to visit and show them how while we were in the store. How can Vodacom allow this. Bad service and bad representment causing damage to the brand. No wonder people are loosing faith in Vodacom.
