Bad attitude n damaged goods

My brother bought a computer at ok furniture and the computer doesn't work we take it back and want a refund and they tell me that they cant refund us because it was a special order yet customer protection act says as a customer if im not satified with a product i have the right to take it back, Jabulani and the lady don't know what they talking about because all of them give us a different story, if they don't take it back il take the matter further and I want someone who knows their Job cause clearly Jabulani and the lady at the refund
