On Saturday 23/11/2013, I went to OK furniture in Jabulani Mall to buy a bed which I had seen online for R2799 (Restonic Dreamzone). I got there only to be told that the bed was no longer available for that price it was now R2999 as per price tag. I was okay with the price and went to the bank to increase my limit. When I came back to pay, I was then told that the price I see is incorrect and the actual price is R3500. I refused to pay R3500 as this was not what was advertised on the bed I wanted. After the hassle with the sales lady (Lindi), I eventually paid R3200 incl delivery. The bed was meant to be delivered today and now I am being given stories that the staff is required to pay for the difference of the price I pd and actual. and they dont have it. I don't understand why their incompetence should affect me as a customer and the manager (Banyana) says that my delivery is delayed because they don't have stock which they had when I paid on Saturday. This is incompetence at its best and I really don't think that the people at this store know what customer service means and how valuable it is. I need my bed asap
