Customer service, bad attitude, trading hours

On the 25April I went to buy a stove that was on promotion for R2989.00 cash, I was Told (Lindiwe consultant) that the stove was out of stock and I will get it a day after, went to the store on the 27th was told that the driver had other commitments should check next day, spoke to Dennis Mohale complaining of the catalogue not matching EGP in terms of the store insurance and he gave me attitude and said nothing can be done coz its always been that way. I did not receive any feedback for a week regarding what I purchased up until i sent some1 to get a refund on the 4th of may. He was told that he had to bring my ID for what coz I bought cash? petrol wasted. He was, and was told that the store closes at 1 on Sundays, To my surprise when I went to ok and arrived at 12:50 the store was closed, the whole staff was gone only the security and Yonela were in store, so I instisted on speaking to the manager (Yonela she didnt even want to assist on the refund on saterday 5 May, and gave attitude), she made us wait fo 25 minutes outside the door and she never pitched and i decided to go.poor service is being offered, we cant run to the manager nor regional just up store, so no refund still.
