My order was placed on 02/04/2013 and the delivery was scheduled for today Friday, 5/04/2013 between 10h00 ans 13h00. I have just been advised that the order was never processed even though I received an order confirmation detailing everything via email immediately after placing my order.
How wonderful?! Woolworths what is the point of you having an online store if you can't even process orders??? Is your staff that incompetent?
