I ordered a Stealth Fly Fishing Starter Combo on-line on Tuesday 02/05/2013, no big deal. A few minutes later my phone rang and it was Aliza from Tackle Brothers, she personally thanked me for my purchase and asked me for an alternative shipping address as she cannot courier items to a PO box. I then set her the proof of payment and my alternative address, after every mail I sent her I received a short thank you response. On Friday as she promised, the courier delivered my Stealth Fly Fishing Starter Combo. I opened up the packaging to inspect my purchase and make sure all is in order. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hand written thank you note, thanking me for my purchase and Officially welcoming me to the Tacklebrothers shop. She also included a little surprise in the box as a welcome gift. I was blown away by the friendly, personal and professional service given by Aliza.
