Customer Service not a priority for Stealth

Stealth have an exceptional product but they lack the ability to deal with customers. Had a poor experience with Bruce and Brett. Seems they lack the ability to talk to each other and as a customer you end up having to facilitate the conversation between them rather than just dealing with Stealth. What a pity, could be such a wonderful business.

Bruce basically told me get out of his shop and never come back because of a lack of communication between him and Brett. I am sorry that I have to date spent in excess of R20000 with them, wish I could give it to someone else who appreciates the business.

Good luck to them, they have lost what could have been a very loyal customer and certainly an advocate for the brand. I will be ensuring that all of my fishing mates are cautious about doing business with them and should consider the other brands on the market in the future.
