Have excellent feedback from L'Oreal Cosmetic Products after inquiring about a certain product which I have not been able to purchase for a while. I sent an e-mail and not long after got a telephone call re my query, also advice on what to use in the mean time. I have queried them before also to get excellent feedback.
If only other companies were so helpful. Most do not reply to e-mails, even when given all contact details.
