I purchased 9 cookie jars 2 weeks ago. A box of 6 was brought from the store room as there were not enough on the shelf. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that went to collect the stock for me but he was very helpful. Yesterday upon unpacking the jars to wash them because I'll be using them this weekend I noticed the 2 middle jars in the box were broken at the bottom. I called the store and was put through to Harold in Customer Service. He said I could bring the jars in and they would be exchanged. I arrived at the store was greeted with a smile and assisted immediately. Its not often these days that we receive this kind of 'great service with a smile'. Thank you
