I am a Clicks cardholder and I was told if I joined the baby club and make a purchase of over R175 I would get a goodie bag. I joined the baby club in March and few weeks later made a purchase of over R175 but I have not received the goodie bag. When I called the card dept I spoke to Carl who couldn't even find the transaction and told me I cannot get the goodie bag. Clicks gave me false info/ hope. I see this as broad daylight, I will no longer be shopping at any of the Clicks stores and will make sure my whole family and friends do not shop there. And I will return all the products that I bought. They are such liars.
