I saw an advert about the Clicks baby club. The advertisement stated: "Join today and receive a FREE* Goodie Bag.*Spend R175 or more on your first purchase of baby products in one transaction. You will be notified within 3 weeks by email or post to collect your free Goodie Bag. Valid from 1 January - 15 May 2013."On the 18th of Feb I registered for the Clicks Baby Club and on 19 Feb 2013 I bought baby products of more than R400. On 15 March (more than 3 weeks later) I went to Clicks Gezina Galleries to collect my goodie bag. I spoke to Martha Hlapi who told me that they have stock but unfortunately she cannot give me a GB because I need a certain code. I explained to her that the advertisement said I will receive a notification WITHIN 3 WEEKS to collect my goodie bag - I never received it. We phoned Clicks Customer Service while I was in the store and we spoke to Garry Erasmus. Garry said I can expect to receive my notification 16 May because they are far behind in issuing the codes. I then spoke to Garry and told him that I am not happy at all because my baby is due 26 April 2013. I want my GB and I want it now!
