I have been receiving phone calls from truworths every day, numerous times a day for the last month. As i have explained to the consultants, the company im working for is in financial trouble and we have not been paid our incentives etc for a while, at the moment i cant afford to pay the account installment in full, and this month has been exceptionally difficult, i have also explained that once i receive the monies owed, i will settle the amount that i am in arrears. how many times must i explain this per day and to how many consultants??? dont you think that we will just forget to pay and just leave it, i know i owe on my account and i dont appreciate being harrassed non stop and i cant give a date on which the payment will be made, because i dont know when we will be back payed. I will pay as soon as i possibly can. I do understand the implications of being in financial difficulty and i really will pay my dues, but Truworths is making me feel like a criminal!!!
