Truworths constantly gets credit dept to call me and ask for 'outstanding' payment. Month on month I pay what is on the invoice/installment letter i get in the post and yet they always tell me its more. The latest statement I received had a outstanding balance of R196, I decided to pay R200 and settle the account. The payment was made on the 31st of December 2013 and yet I still receive credit SMS's and my online account summary is still reflecting R196. This is so unprofessional and annoying. When people try to conduct their accounts properly, it seems its an opportunity for Truworths to RIP them off.
