In January 2013 i arranged with Truworth to pay R500 as i am experiencing financial difficulties becuase my husband lost his job, i made this arrangement even before my account went into arrears. Thruworths head office is calling me 5 times every single day, i am treated like a criminal even though i had my account with them since 2006 and i have always maintained a clear credit record even now i keep the payment arrangement. I would understand getting a call from the once or twice a month but to have Truworths calling me everyday even at work is very unacceptable, i feel that Truworths does not care about the situations that their clients experience or go through in their live's they are just after the money and have no humananity what so ever.
