No response from Miglio or consultant

I received a Miglio pendant as a birthday gift from a friend. The item was bought via Miglio Consultant, Riana Miller. Two weeks later, a pearl that was attached to the pendant, fell off. I returned the pendant to Riana Miller late in November 2012. She promised to send it to Miglio for repair in January 2013, as the company closed over the festive season.
I never received the pendant back. On 28 February 2013 she told me that Miglio phoned her and told her the pendant will be sent via couriers. I never heard from her again.
I phoned Miglio, only to be told that they have no record of the item being sent in by Riana. I've spoken to two employees at Miglio (who both promised to come back to me) AND submitted a query on their website - NO RESPONSE!!
