Apon driving past the claremont branch, a piece of metal from the building fell against my car causing excessive scratches, this was communicated the following day to the manager of the branch, whom showed no sympathy on the matter and did nothing to contact the property owner. The metal could of serieously hurt an individual if it had to hit them. Further to that there has been no follow up or compensation or apology for the damages to my vehicle.
