24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
Awful and pathetic service

I am disgusted by the service received from this company. My phone needed to be repaired and the matter was reported to the insurance company as it was insured. This was in February already. Till now I dont have a phone and I am still paying the insurance for the phone every month. Getting hold of the company to enquire about the progress of the repairs to the phone is like mission impossible. I have send a couple of emails to the supervisor still no answer from him/her. The call center agent who was initially working on my claim seems to be avoiding to speak to me as I have been getting promises that they CANNOT KEEP.I phoned again today, the agent who took the call had to get a mouthful from me because of the incompetence of his collegues including their team leader who I spoke to on Saturday as they are apparently have send the BRT forms whatever the h it stands for to the underwriter to get the authorization to get another phone as the other one could not be repaired. The service I received is to say the least pathetic and awful. It has caused a lot of inconvinence for me. My work phone bill is sky high for the past month and half as I have to phone the insurance countless times.
