After my complaint has been handed in on the 28th of March 2013, regarding the advertisements placed in the Krugersdorp News newspaper, I tried to contact Pick n Pay Keywest as they tried to contact me. I wasn't home over the easter weekend and therefore did not answer my phone.
I tried to contact Pick n Pay Keywest as they're number appeared on my missed call list. When the receptionist answered the phone, the store manager denied any calls to my number.
This really starts to annoy me and I will place an article in the Krugersdorp News due to poor service from the above named company.
