I was sent a birthday voucher, ordered pots to redeem the voucher. Weeks later I receiced a call from homechoice regarding promotions, i advised the agent that i had orderd pots and haven't received the order and she advised me that the order had been cancelled, I advised her that i never cancelled the order and decided to order the same pots again and blankets. I asked the agent if I could still use the birthday voucher again and she asked someone and was told that I could still use the voucher, she then confirmed that the voucher amount will be subtracted from the total amount due. My order was delivered yesterday only to find out that 3 boxes were delivered instead of 2, I advised the delivery guy that i only odered 2 items and we opened the boxes and found out that it was bedding sheets that i never ordered and the guy advised me that they cant take it back, that i will have to call homechoice and advise them about the extra order and thats what i did and while i was told to return the sheets i then asked if they can check if the voucher was redeemed and i was told that the voucher will not be used on this order, i cancelled the whole order. The service is ridiculous.
