I ordered a faux fur throw from Homechoice about 5 weeks ago.
Firstly the system would not allow me to register online, I then called in and placed an order.
I have had to follow-up three times to determine the status of my order.
I called again today to find out when I can expect my throw, only to be told that my order has been cancelled because they have no stock - without even bothering to notify me.
Two weeks ago when I called they said their next intake would be that Friday and I was on that list for delivery.
So after speaking to a very shirty "customer care" consultant today who clearly does not understand what her job title means, it has been established that I will not be getting my order after 5 weeks of waiting, phoning, begging and endless inquiring.
Big thumbs down for Homechoice for disgusting service.
