Hi, Since Jets reply on your site i have heard nothing from them, and i did not bought the phone at Jet Eersterust as they are saying in their response i bought it at Jet SILVERTON so they must get they facts right. i went to Jet Eersterust to know if i can return the cell phone there but than they told met only at Jet SILVERTON where i bought the phone. And they need to give their staff training because the lady at Jet Eersterust told me 7 days will be on the saturday 30 March 2013.
