I purchased for R468.64 at pick n pay but i paid R786.64 for it. I did not get a speed point receit and i did not realise it. When I got home i check my slip and i realised the slip show a withdrawal of 300. I went back to the store to speak the cashier apparently she only speaks Venda and i could not speak venda i addressed her in English to no avail. her supervisor with out a name bagde came to assist. i shewed her my till slip. She spoke to the cashier in that language that i still could not understand. She went to the till and took out R300 and threw it at me. Still amused, my husband called the supervised and asked her if there was not need for explanation. She said she was busy but Engel had withdrawn on the account by mistake because she was new and does not know how to use the cash register. I still believe that it was intetional because if the 300 was inserted by the Cash register by mistake then how did she punch the same ammount on the speed point. How many people were the victims of this and The supervisor show get trained on people skills. She has no idea how to service people. Her dress code was even untidier than the cashiers.
