Poor service

I spsificly went out to buy a GPS and an XBOX today, had great service at the gaming department but wen it came to the GPS counter i stood there for nearly 15 minutes without ANY help. To be honest, I do not know anything about a GPS so i was open to any suggestments of brands and model types. I went to gaming again to ask for assistance, 3 people came to the rescue but had absoluteley no knowledge of the products, so i was told to wait once again for someone from this department, thereafter i was told that i could not expect good service seeing that it was the long weekend and most of the staff were on leave.

I eventually got someons to open the counter door and i puschased a GPS by reading one of the brosures.
This was truely unacceptable seeing that the rest of this team is well informed.
