I had forgotten my clubcard as well as my id at home and urgently needed a change of clothes.
Tebogo in the service department was extremely helpful in making sure that I had the use of my card for the time being. She was also very quick with her response time in getting her manager's assistance.
Aarend delivered excellent service in a friendly manner, something I do not see often in retail and I feel her deserves a nod of approval for that.
