We bought a new blu-ray dvd player from Dion Wired in March 2012. Something happened during the update and the dvd player could not reboot. The dvd player is still under warrantee, but we could not find the original proof of purchase. We took a chance by printing a bankstatement which shows the purchase and went to Dion Wired to see if we can retrieve the old proof. Bjorn assisted my wife and after a period of time of searching (and 'begging') of a till assistant managed to get hold of the proof that we require. Thanks to Bjorn we will be able exchange the faulty dvd player (saving us R3000). Employees like Bjorn should not just be floor assistants, but is excellent store management material.
