Disappointment in Garment

Hi,

I purchased a pair of Kelso Petite Straight Leg Jeans in June 2012 and to my disappointment 09 months into wearing the jeans maybe once a month or so the belt loop has torn and then then a day later the button above the zipper has come off. I am really disappointed because i generally choose to purchase many garments from the kelso department, which has now left me in doubt in terms of the quality of clothing that Kelso is producing. Please will someone address the matter of concern with immediate effect as it is very disturbing knowing that the quality of well known brand like Kelso has dropped so badly.
