To whom it may concern
I purchased a pair of White Guess jeans at the centuriion mall and worn it once, after which I had washed the garment, only to find that the tag runs colour onto the white jeans, making dark patches. I have purchased a stain remover, used and washed the jeans again. It removed most of the colour except around the Guess label. Now it seems everytime i wash the jeans, I need to use a Stain remover of which doesnt completely remove the colour run due to the Guess label at the back. This is so very inconvenient and the first time Im experiencing bad quality of this brand mind you, this being a premier brand. I am paying for a pair of jeans I have used once and cannot use as its got patches on it due to poor garment specifications attached. Very unhappy with this brand. I have Guess jeans, bags and shirts but never had such bad quality before. Highly disappointing.
