I bought two Guess Items in which I am very disappointed in. The first item was a handbag which I bought from Branded in Clearwater Mall, Roodepoort. This bag is only 1 year old but is so torn at the handles it looks like a cheap imitation bag bought on the side of the road. I paid a lot of money for a which I thought is a good quality handbag, but clearly it is not as I do not even use this bag daily. The second item was a pair of Jeans I bought from Edgars Clearwater Mall, Roodepoort the jeans are 3 months old and hasn't been in the wash more than 5 times. The zipper stripped and now I need to replace the zipper in Jeans that cost me R799.00? I am worried is the Guess brand bad quality being seriously overpriced?
