I have emailed head office a month ago about kelso jeans I bought and had a problem with... its been over a month. It took your customer service almost two weeks to reply (19th October 2013.
Your reference number is 2040197/20131019/S.G.N what I was sent.

I am very disappointed in your service and you clearly don't value your customers
