Pathetic Service

Purchased a fridge Thursday evening. Confirmed with salesman the warehouse will be open the following day allowing us to collect the fridge due to it being needed urgently. Friday we get to the warehouse and its closed. Spoke to manager shadowy who apologised and advised he would meet us half way with delivery cost. Advised him that it will not b an option cause it was not our fault we made an effort to collect fridge and salesman should cover cost due to his negligence. Saturday and we still sitting without a fridge and groceries that need to e regridgeratored.khalid said a private courier will deliver fridge however be 11pm n 5 hours later no fridge. I would like to b reimbursed and have groceries replaced and covered for as they have now gone off.
