I aplied for credit for a fridge last week friday and it was approved on monday. I got a call on tuesday from someone from EHL stating that the fridge would be delivered on thursday and I agreed to that. I had to reschedule my whole week to make sure im at home! The consultant who I took the fridge from at the shop called again on thursday and confirmed that the fridge would be delivered on thursday. I emailed her at 3pm to ask what was happening with the delivery and there was no response. So now I have no idea what is going on and I don't know when the fridge will come and I probably wont even be at home when they deliver as I do have other commitments and dont have time to be sitting at home waiting for you to deliver when it suites you!!! This is really not professional and I want that fridge delivered by friday the 24th of may or I cancel my contract as the consumer rights states I have 7days to cancel!
