I brought in an xbox with a red ring of death to planet gaming in edenvale on the 19th march 2013. The staff there were very receptive to me and assured me they would sort out my issue. They very pleasantly got me a free quote first and charged me R600, which was the best price I've seen so far after looking as far as Boksburg. The owner Ray talked to me and told me about the process, told me how they reball the graphics cards, and made me feel secure about what was going on. When I told them I was happy with the price they went through with the repairs and SMSed me the morning of 24th March, to tell me it was ready for pickup. Best service I've seen in the repair industry yet!
