Late Stock, Late Notification, Erroneous Pricing

I ordered a "Razer: Orochi Mobile Gaming Mouse" priced at R910, However the Chrome one is R200 less.

Besides the unexplainable price, once I ordered my mouse from the store, I was then told to wait 4 working days. 9 days later I get the notification, but at 17:15pm, upon rushing to the store in peak hour traffic and arriving at 17:40pm, I am then greeted by the front staff, through a closed glass door, stating that I cant collect, since they close 10 minutes prior to my arrival.

With full knowledge they are going to be open for their table top gaming for most of the night they still turn me away.

I waited twice as long, I got notified near last minute, I'm paying R200 more for a standard, non-chrome mouse as well as then not being allowed to collect even though the shop isn't closing.

Needless to say, if nothing is done, I will boycott Animeworx through any facet.
